The application is designed for easy onboarding process for candidates and better communication with employees of companies.
Candidates can track progress of a job they applied to and if they get hired, use the app to easily provide the necessary onboarding data and also digitally sign required documents.
When the candidates become employees, they gain access to the second part of the app. In this part, employee can see internal company positions, read news feed, view their documents and sign new documents if needed.
